If the lower ball joint's aren't OEM Toyota then no, and it looks like they're something that in my many years of shade tree I've never heard of (MAS Industries?) so I'd say definitely no.

For lower ball joints accept no substitutes. OEM or (it will) bust.

Edit. I'm also a little weary of them being gloss black, everything car related and more specifically under-car related that comes painted gloss black like that has been a re-man, and re-man'ed ball joint's just sound like a terrible idea.

Or you can use NAPA ball joints. Just like NAPA CVs, a lot of people have had success with those, and they're a bit cheaper.
 
The ones from ebay that you posted are crap... I personally know from experience. I bought this exact set-up and it lasted me no longer then 6 months.

From what I've gathered, they are not included. Not sure if they sell them separate either. Think I remember seeing someone ordering the bolts from Toyota.
 
OEM only for LBJs; I think that OEM uppers now come pressed in with the knuckle, not separate. Or at least that is how Camelback sells them now.

#90080-10066 for the new bolts.

I'm not against reman's specifically, but for the LBJ, it would probably need a new ball and just reman the cup. I don't know what kind of steel they are using for the replacement ball, so because of that, I wouldn't do a reman. The only reason I specify this is because on lots of other components, reman;s are fine, but specifically LBJ's on this gen 4runner and tacoma, not acceptable.

I know alot of people talk about Napa as being on the same level as OEM, and they may be close, but just to be clear, we don't know this for sure. No one on this forum has had a premature failure of a napa LBJ (at least not yet), but statistically speaking, that means nothing. So the praise for Napa is purely anecdotal at this point, whereas for OEM, we have lots of knowledge about them because EVERYONE had OEM LBJ's, and they have consistently gone at least their design lifetime (90k miles) with very few exceptions (I can't remember hearing a single failure that wasn't lifted, abused, or something like that).

Once Napa LBJ's start passing 90k without failures, then we will be able to start comparing to OEM, but even then it'll take a long time and alot of examples.

It's really easy to determine that a product is bad; it fails quickly and consistently. Proving it's good is alot harder, it has to survive for a long time, have many examples of long life, and some need to go until final failure to determine the true survival life. Napa's MAY be as good as OEM, but my point is that we won't know for a long time yet whether they are.

Well then you better replace them soon with OEM's, or you will probably soon have a disaster on your hands... We do have multiple stories of the comparably cheaper brands (moog, duralast, etc.), failing prematurely, which does actually allow us to say something about their reliability, unlike the Napa's, which we are still waiting for the first failures that will allow us to say something.

OP, don't overthink this one, and don't get cheap on this component. Get OEM LBJ's and new OEM bolts. I have been trying to convince everyone here that Toyota has in fact done FAR more testing on these LBJ's than any aftermarket brand, and they have put more engineering thought and effort into the OEM part than the aftermarkets have (I know this because I am an automotive engineer and I work with Toyota and most every other major brand on different components, and have been through the testing regimes that the OEM's require to qualify a part from a supplier). Cheap out on just about any other component, but not the LBJ. The OEM replacement you KNOW is the same as the original that pasted over 90k. Anything else that is cheaper is just that, cheaper.
 
Cheap out on other parts, but for the critical LBJ, go OEM only. The NAPA lower ball joint is nothing special, it's basically just a re-branded Sankei 555. It's also resold as Raybestos or Moog. There really aren't that many distinctly different manufacturers for this part.

You will feel a difference if you had the chance to play around with the OEM part vs the NAPA/Sankei part. OEM has a polished stud which results in less wear/friction, while the Sankei part is an unpolished metal-on-metal design which I suspect will result in more wear.
