jmoney and brian2sun have made some. I'm sure one of them will chime in. Toytec sells stock length DOM lowers if you are not looking for extended ones. Total Chaos also makes a full upper, lower, and panhard bar kit but its like $1200

ToyTec: Lower control arms DOM tube - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits

Total Chaos: Total Chaos Accessories for 96-04 Tacoma, 96-02 4Runner & 00-06 Tundra

I'll post the link to Brian and Jason's thread if i can find it

Edit: here it is

Our links are adjustable (but not that much). Ours are set to stock length because if we went any longer, we'd be rubbing the rear tires bad on the bumper and the body. The way to get around the tire clearance issue and still run longer links is to move the lower frame mounts up further. But that requires some fabbing.

The adjustability is more of a by-product of having heim joints. They are about the strongest option out there and they happen to thread in so you get adjustability automatically (even though it's not really used in our case).

Jason will have to answer the price question because he's the one with the welder. :)
