ur advise, should I go with 50 or 55 profile?

I will be doing a 3inch lift soon as I am do for some new shocks. I have 20's on and going to get new tires as well. Going with the Nitto Terra but not to sure what size I should get. looking at 285/55-20 or 285/50-20
anyone here got some good advise? thanks

If you are going to off road it I would get the one with the tallest side wall, I suppose the 55s.
