Well, I was cleaning up a bit over the weekend, and I found some paperwork that came with my Urban Runner. The attached PDF file has an illustration of what Toyota calls a hole cover. It has a different part number than what was stamped on the back of the trim plate. The P/N is in the lower right hand corner of page 1.

Page 2 has the wiring diagram for the intermediate harness that is between the Tom Tom NAV unit, and the vehicle harness.

So I'm about to install my new Pioneer DMH-1500NEX into my 2009 Urban Runner but the wiring diagram link is no longer valid.
Is there any way you could repost?
