Usb / cig lighter help

Check out the pic. I'm putting in a USB outlet. I attached it to the cig lighter in the center consol.....but no power. Any suggestions?

PS: I checked the fuse

Yes, thanks for responding. I just got it working. Must have not been connected 100% I checked my connections and now all is well. Pretty sweet it fits right in a blank button spot on the center consol

Sometimes them type of connectors don't always make contact, got to check them for current afterwards.

Thank you, yeah I don't usually use these but they came with the "kit". Just had to clamp them down a little more. It being 20 degrees outside doesn't help haha

Did you buy that aux jack button thing or make it? I've been looking for exactly like it.
