USB switch replacement

I have all these slots for switches that don't exist. I would like to pull the blank that they cover the hole with and replace it with a USB plug to charge my phone and stuff. I have several of them on the console and a couple on the dash. Surely somebody makes one that I can just pop in and then wire the plug.
Does somebody have a source?

Call me lazy, but I just popped an adapter into the cigarette lighter. Charges the kids tablet and my phone at the same time.

Good post. I too use an adapter in the cig lighter but need additional charging capacity. Maybe the Amazon on located inside the glove box would work out. Thanks guys.
