Used Duratrac's, no brainer!

So I just found 5 Duratrac's with jeep wheels! Seller says 2 are great and 3 are ok! Of course wheels are ok, I will just resale them! All 5 dura's and wheels for $250! I think that's a pretty good deal! Going to hopefully pick up tomorrow!

My phone would only load 1 pic, others above. 2 def have great tread, the other 3 are so-so. But $250 with 5 wheels and tires, pretty good. I e-mailed the guy and asked if the should lugs are cupped or wore bad etc. He said I don't know what shoulder lugs are. Said he didn't have any noise with the hard top on his jeep. He just bought the jeep and went with a different style. So sounds like a deal to me. Thanks guys.

Just an update, I traveled 400 miles today to pick these up. Got a heck of a deal, two tires are basically brand new, 3 tires are roughly half tread I guess, however they do have some uneven tead wear on the center blocks, but I am perfectly fine with that. Not sure if they will roar or not.

The wheels are Raceline Renegade 5's. The polished aluminum needs some work, but I will work on that over the next week or so. They came off a 2008 jeep wrangler. Wheels on Summit Racing for 5 is roughly $680. Once polished up I will start asking atleast $350, thoughts?

Anyway, even though 3 of the tires may make some noise I feel that $250 for 5 wheels and tires is a great deal. The guy had more money than he knew what to do with, so he just wanted them gone.

Most don't care, but it was awesome, this guy bought a 2008 Rubicon from nevada, sight unseen, sent to dakota customs for a 5.7 Hemi swap, which ran him 21k. Sight unseen. Then he bought 35" procomp wheels and tires, bumpers and the works. Needless to say one awesome Rig. So i was more than happy to help remove stuff for him.

Wow...what a deal. You'll more than make up for the cost once you sell the rims. You'll be ahead, even! You just got paid to take two new tires and 3 good ones from someone.

Actually I didn't use that, I use the iPhone app! It works great because you can "hide" what you have seen before! So it always shows new stuff! I search in all big cities within a few hours drive! Luckily I got these five mins after he posted!

I haven't put them on yet, I'm afraid the 3 half work ones will be loud! Might be best to just buy 2 new, sale 2 used and keep a spare! I could try the work, but they feel uneven! Anyone ever done any tire truing or shaving?
