Used K&N Intake? Yes or No?

Thinking about buying a used K&N Intake for my 88, Should I buy used? There shouldn't be a problem because I can buy a new filter or clean the one that it comes with right?

Yes, K&N's will give you less resistance in the the airflow, but the trade-off is poor filtration!
