Honest answer

I don't know, you can look at the pictures of my engine compartment, I persoanlly can't see why it won't. There were no changes to the 05 v6 except transmission. That's the only changes and it doesn't effect the front of the car where the intake goes. This is a steal of a price though. I paid 290.00 before shipping from Performance products. I love the product, I'll get one for my v8 Runner when I get it too.
