v6 vs v8

looking to buy a 4wd for offroading andgoing to build it but its going to be my daily, so v6 is ideal but what you guys think about v6 power and f its worth it just to shell out extra cash for gasto just go for a v8

v8. You will only get 17mpg w/o AC, but the extra power you get is awesome. The v6 will work fine, but my v8 has better power up hills, in 4x4 and on the highway.

V8 sounds like a truck. Take the resonator off install a straight exhaust tip to put a little rumble out. That will make you smile.

I prefer the V6 to the V8. If you calculate the MPG's over the minimal power gains I feel it makes more sense and so does Toyota. That's why they only offer the V6 now.

Plus you add a good intake, exhaust and headers and it sounds great and with a noticeable power gain. I get 19-20 MPG on average in my V6. But I have a roof rack so I probably could get better.
