After completing a motor and transmission swap on a 96 3.4 4x4 with some friends, this was the only unmarked hose that I cannot find where to connect the other end to. It connects to the top of the back side of the power steering fluid. Any info on where it goes would be helpful!

my PS pump just has 2 lines. both going down.
one is a larger fitter the other is smaller, about this same size, it attaches to a metal pipe next to the frame rail and goes across the front of the engine under the fan.
But the line i am talking about is already attached to the PS pump. on the 5 oclock side of the pump looking from the top

It really isn't a vacuum line. It is a vent for the power steering idle up. It is a bypass for the throttle body. When the pressure is up in the power steering hose, it opens up the port letting air by pass the throttle body.
You need to install the hose anywhere between the Mass air flow and the throttle body.
If you install after the throttle body, it won't work.
If you leave it open, it will suck unfiltered air into the motor, and
If you install it before the Mass air flow sensor, During the time that the air circuit is open, it is letting unmetered air into the motor, giving you lean fuel conditions,
