Vacuum Solenoids on a '90 4runner, can anybody help??

Hey fellas, I drive an '88 Land Cruiser and my vacuum solenoids that engage the 4wd are fried. The OEM solenoids for the LC run $400. However, I know that there are other solenoids that will plug and play for much cheaper. I.e. an a/c idle up solenoid from an 83-86 Camry which ran about $16. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued. I have been told that there is a set of solenoids on a 1990 4runner that will work. Can anyone advise what function they serve on the 4runner or an OEM part number if you happen to know it.

Also failed to mention. It could be in a single solenoid configuration instead of the doubles. It is supposedly located on the passenger side inner fender.
