Just searching on craigslist like usual for the 4x4 4runner 5speed. Impossible to find as usual or super overpriced(for me at least). Randomly decided to search on google and I found this place called StarFire Auto Group with one. About 234k miles 5400$ the guy said it'd be about 6200$ They DO NOT negotiate because apparently that's as cheap as they can go. They're just starting up. No sales lot or whatever, Online dealer. Just made an appointment on their site for 2 days ahead. Went over thinking probably not going to work out or something. Came a little early while I caught the guy prepping the car. I pop the hood expecting a really clean engine(Dealers clean em to make em look nicer but underneath the niceness u know something's up) nope ..dirty regular old engine . Check it out, guy hands me the keys later on for a test drive. Perfect ride. The guy and girl were extremely nice. Final price was around 6140. Gave me like 5 spare keys. A full folder of previous maintenance records. 4runner only had 1 owner.
Best experience ever mane, these guys are straight up honest and they're only selling the best cars in really REALLY good condition. Used car so anything can happen once u walk out the dealership.. 2-3 months later, no problems at all with the car. They got the timing belt done along with a bunch of other stuff. This thing runs and looks better than some 130k 4runners out there.
Tl;dr Dealer guy and girl were honest, cool and I'm happy with a nice 4 runner problem free. Would DEFINITELY recommend and buy from here again except i'm making this 4runner last me forever ayy
