It's just the maker of the tip. I think it's better because it's better quality than the cheap ones you will find at auto stores. I also think it looks better IMO. It's up to you though, because I paid something like $57 for mine from the stealer. Try looking in the classified ads on this forum first, might find someone trying to get rid of one.
Also, since it's better quality, it won't break off or fall off. It just slides over your old pipe, and tightens with a single bolt until it's snug. Takes about 60 seconds to install, and gets rid of that old rusty looking skinny pipe.

What makes them different than the regular stuff is that they are made of stainless steel and therefore won't rust. They also carry a Toyota accessory part number meaning it's made for the T4R. I believe you can get them at all Toyota dealers. Part# PTS18-89040retco said:
