As far as the valve adjustment goes: Toyota doesn't recommend it at any interval, as in never. I am of the opinion it's not needed until farther down road.
The only thing that could be hurt by doing it now is your wallet. Will it help anything? Probably not. IMHO if you're trying 300k+ out of your rig a valve adjustment is a very good idea around 120k. That's an IMHO though....
