Vent shade for 2021 TRD Off Road

Tried to install some AVS in channel vent shades tonight with little success. For whatever reason I could not get the shade up into the track far enough. Had AVS for my '12 Trail and they were fine. The fitment guide on Amazon showed good for the 2021, but the part that arrived read 2010 to 2020. I doubt the window tracks have changed much, but who knows. Anyone had success with AVS or other brands on a 2021?

Did you go with the low profile ones?

I am not a smoker, but have considered these for some fresh air without being blown apart at highway speeds. I like this model and the continuous flow design from front to rear side windows and the low profile. I wonder how well this model works.

I have had no luck with any in channel visor. Tried them on a few different vehicles over the years.. Whether it was from day 1 or a year or so down the road. They may look more streamlined but something always has to give shoving them into the channel. I just went with the Avs 94242 stick on. No problems, tried and true.

I have the low profile AVS stick on. Holding up after ~3 years.

Tried weather tech in channel on a different car in the past, but the back windows wouldn’t stay put after awhile so gave these AVS a try.
