Vent Visor Pics

Looking to get vent visors for my 07, but have yet to see some good pics of some different models. Searched a bit but didn't find what I was looking for. Could you guys post up some pics of what you've got and what brand they are? Looking at some stick on visors, but am skeptical of some of the manufacturer pics online.

Yeah I saw that one, but the in channel one's look really low profile and worry it would still rain in the truck...

Thanks Doozi. He's right, I did change my mind and decided to remove them for the reasons I mentioned in that thread. The things that didn't bother me initially began to really annoy me after a few months. However, these aren't huge issues for most people so that shouldn't be a deterrent.

True, the in-channel visors do provide slightly less coverage but they all have their limits. The faster you're driving the less you can roll them down anyway as the wind just sucks the rain in toward the window opening.

I ordered the ones that WeatherTech sells on its site....Mac-sumpthin or other...and theyre great on the 03 Sport we have. My 08 has some other company's model, but theyre cool too.

No rain, no moisture, no problems whatsover.

Anyone have stick on one's that are molded to the contours of the b post applique? I saw a Toyota OEM one but can't find em online.

I have read that some were having trouble with the auto up feature not working correctly....no such issues here. My window worked flawlessly the first time. I feel that this is due to giving them sufficient time to set themselves inside the channels.

Are you talking about the window coming up and immediately retracting when it touches the visor? I got a set of AVS in-channel visors, and was checking the fit on the driver/s side, and that happened; I simply could not get the window to fully close! I didn't bother to try any of the others at that point - just slid it all back into the plastic and taped it up to return (it's still sitting next to my desk).

I have an '07 SR5. Is there a remedy for that? ...some way to lower the sensitivity on the safety a little?

I've had the in-channel ones for over 5 years, and I don't really ever get the problem with the window, you really just have to train the windows and they are fine with the in-channel visors
