Very poor gas mileage..

Hey guys, so I've got a 97 3rd gen with about 230k miles , and I'm only getting 230 miles to the tank before my light goes on.. Now I remember the first day I got it I was able to hit 300 before it needed more. I've sea foamed but just curious as to what else I can do..

Not to be a dick but theres been a few threads about this already recently.make sure that all your maintenace items have been serviced (ignition/air/fuel items)

Check the ujoints for binding. If they're tight they can provide a lot of drag.
