Very specific question

Finally finishing up school and taking the extra time to go through and fix every little thing that I've ignored for lack of either money or time.

One thing in specific that I'm looking for is a way to change the color of my heater control lights from green to blue. The bulbs have a thin rubberized coating that makes their green tint but I'd like to make them blue to match my headunit and create a subtle custom look. Anyone know where I might find these "bulb condoms"? And for that matter the bulbs? (The dealership wants $65 for the bulb that goes behind the rear window switch)

I've been looking into the same upgrade, but it seems no one sells bulb covers that size. You'd be better off buying new bulbs altogether. I believe the climate control takes 2 neowedge type A's (3mm) and 2 type B's (4mm).
