I'm betting on some water in the spark-plug holes especially considering it fixed itself.

I'm betting that water worked its way into the u-joints and/or the driveshaft. I'm making that guess based on the fact that it only happens in 4th and 5th gear and its a fast vibration.

Checked those originally. Didn't appear to be that way, but I guess it could have been mistaken.
