vibration at idle

I have no issues with my 4runner but i have a vibration just at idle when its warmed up. Its minor but its the type of thing that drives me crazy. These engines are so smooth i don't think its just how they are usually. Almost like the idle is a little low but its not. I was thinking maybe old motor mounts or something but i'm not sure. Is there any common issue that you guys can think where people have a minor vibration at idle?

I just had this. Resolved it by cleaning the throttle body and MAF.
