Vibration noise FP side

Hello all, so I noticed over the last 2 years or so when I turn my car on (more so in the morning) I have this loud vibration noise coming from the front passenger side. It seems like its under the glovebox. It does not sound like plastic clicking or rattling but a loud vibration. Sounds worse if I turn the wheel. Only hear it when my car is in drive and my foot is on the brake if I am in motion no noise. Less noise also if I shut off the AC or keep it running and turn off the compressor. Anyone have a suggestion of where I might start looking or what it can be? Power steering motor? I heard something about a blower under the passenger side or something about a plastic clip not sure.

Thanks all!

HVAC unit is there, so is cabin air filter, i would pull off the glovebox and check to see if anything is loose inside that area. makes sense it would be HVAC related if changing settings affects it, not sure what turning the wheel or having your foot on the brake would contribute to

Ill look into it. I changed the AC filter that whole area seems fine. Need wait till the weekend to get a friend to put the foot on the brake and keep the Emerg brake on as well. Don't want to become another statistic!
