Vibrations Started Again After Replacing Rear Drive Shaft

It vibrates while accelerating and decelerating, above 60mph. The drive shaft is rebuilt. The DS was definitely balanced. The u-joints were completely replaced.

I kind of doubt its the DS or the transfer case at this point. I think it would've presented itself right away.

Get a good set of jack stands. Harbor freight has some 6 tons for fairly cheap. Get the wheels up off the ground. Have a buddy get in and drive it while you look underneath from the side. I would imagine you will see some kind of play somewhere really quick.

Well, I took it in to a Toyo specialist. They said the drivetrain is in good shape, but that one of my rear tires is out of round. And that this is likely causing the vibrations. Any thoughts? I have yet to take it to the tire shop, as I'm afraid they may say I need to replace all tires.

No matter the issue, if you plan on driving the vehicle any longer i would look into getting it fixed and the money will solve itself.
