Video...WP failure?

I've got under the 4R and can not see exactly where the leak is coming from. I have searched the forum and have seen many post on how to replace, but none on determining if this is my problem.

Not leaking from any hoses and the thermostat seems to be sealed from what I can tell. It's leaking from somewhere in the front and coming down. My thought is surely WP, but I want to make sure it's not a cracked lock or something else. I took a video the best I could with limited lighting. It's dripped/leaking at a fast pace. Thanks

Here is the video. It was filmed from underside on driver side.

Is it water or coolant?

Are you running your A/C or defrost?

No AC or defrost. It starts leaking just after startup. And it's mostly water but does have coolant smell. I just bought the vehicle and didnt notice this until just now. They could have been putting water in the radiator

Another observation...

I just refilled radiator with water (almost empty) and while I was doing that, it started to leak in the same spot. Engine was turned off with no accessories running.
