No idea, I was surprised it had all that history. Mine which was a local vehicle had almost none. Did it still have a CEl when you saw it?
If you're really serious about a vehicle with that CEL history, you could take a reading yourself (even if no cel presently) and check that no more than 1 of the systems is in a 'not ready' state (meaning in our smog counties only 1 system is allowed to read not ready and pass inpsection). What i'm getting at is someone may try to hide a cel code by clearing it out yet the vehicle has to be driven 50-90 miles to allow the ECU to determine if all systems are ready to be tested. During this timeframe those cel codes would not be issued and you'd think its all good. :cowboy:

I haven't gone to see it, just saw the ad and thought it looked like a nice, clean truck. I'm assuming the owner just got freaked out by something that sounded like a big repair. If it's catalytic converters, I understand why they would get freaked out when a dealer tells them it's $4,000+ to change them.

I thought the 02 sport edition only came in the "Sport" cloth seats, but I may be wrong.... And by the way those wheels should be a reason you can talk them down.

It looks pretty good other than the wheels. I'd say that's a little on the high side as far as price goes, but I don't really keep up with the 2WD market.
