Benefits: It's exactly the color I want, and exactly how I want it to look. It's protecting my original paint and can be easily removed when I am ready for a new look.

Why?: I am a vinyl installer and wanted to show what can be done and share with my T4R family!

How does the paint look after it's removed? Is the glue a pia to remove?

But I also don't want a plain-jane design and Goat-Armor doesn't quite cover everything.

What prices am I looking at, how long will I be without my truck, and going to a reputable wrapper; What sort of material should I ask about, is there some vinyl brands better than others?

I have the same thoughts about it. The prices I am seeing is just too much.

I'm thinking instead of a wrap, for best protection wouldn't it make sense to use a fine rhino lining? Or would that be overkill? A friend of mine rhino lined his F150 plus his HD FXR and says they are ready for severe use in all conditions now. I seen the FXR and it does look gnarly for sure. Even when dented, the coating looks solid.

I go a 3M Clear BRa installed on the front 1/3 of the hood on our two Subarus. Not fully comprehensive by any means. But I mainly wanted it to avoid the nasty chips on the leading edge of the hood. I despise those.

Wraps look really clean when done well like this one. More partial to the DIY Monstaliner with a top coat, but only for ease of restoration.
