Violent shaking on acceleration p0171

I have a P0171 I have been trying to fix for a while now. Have cleaned the MAF, new fuel filter, new air filter and visually checked for any apparent vacuum leaks. Now my runners engine is violently shaking and stuttering when I'm accelerating above about 40 mph. It doesn't do it if I give it a lot of gas and accelerate hard, but it is really bad and getting worse when I'm accelerating at a normal pace. Also stutters a little bit on initial acceleration from a dead stop. Anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be?

Sometimes just cleaning the MAF isn't good enough, so it might have to be replaced. You can replace it with a Toyota Camry/ES300 if you can find a used one, uses the same one as a 4runner. Unhook your negative side when replacing the MAF so the ECU resets.
