Visor Transfer Gear Shifting Cheat Sheet, Not a "how does 4wd work" thread

Does anyone have a copy/high-res photo of the "cheat sheet" overview of the [Multi-Mode] Transfer Gear Shifting Instructions found in the visor of an '01-02?

I recently purchased a 2001 SE and the only item missing was the "cheat sheet," and want to print/laminate it just to have a copy where it belongs.
