VSC, Trac lights on

Close to purchasing a '03 limited V8. Everything checks out on it but the lights on the dash. The button doesnt seem to turn them off, is this an easy fix or a sign of a major/costly purchase?

Thanks, quick question in that article it stated a MIL light. On this 4runner the Maint light is on as well, dont think it has to do with this issue as it is not a check engine light or service engine soon. But want to make sure no abs issues will pop up, my family will be in this vehicle as well and i want to make sure it is safe. Thanks

MAINT is the "change my oil if you please" light. Distance based and user resettable.
