VSC/Traction Control/ABS/VSC TRAC lights

Just had all 4 lights come on for no apparent reason. Recent work: new battery yesterday, leveling kit 10 days ago with Bilstein 5100s.

Is there a most common cause for all 4 of these lights to come?

Check engine light? Try checking the abs sensor wires. When I put my lift on one of the wires got stretched too far and through the lights. I though that the CEL was on too but that was years ago. ABS wires is where I would start.

this may sound crazy,, but check that your gas cap is properly seated and closed all the way. same thing happened to me last summer and i almost had a cow, did a quick search and found that solution, it worked thankfully. i cant find the link i referenced, but before you go nuts trying to find an issue that may not be there, its worth a shot

A problem caused by a loose gas cap would throw a check engine OBD code (which would in turn shut off VSC), not VSC/Trac/ABS codes with no check engine. Since the check engine light isn't illuminated, it's not a problem with the engine. You'll need a scan tool that can read ABS computer codes to find out what it is.

MIL OFF, TRAC On, VSC On (and maybe ABS On IF an ABS code is set also)- There is a Non-OBDII Failure in the ABS/TRAC/VSC system and it requires an ABS Capable Scantool to pull accurate codes from, this is NOT an engine or emission related issue. Most Autoparts stores should have a capable scantool to get codes, but you may have to go to an independent shop and/or the dealer. An example of a failure of this type would be a speed sensor or failure in ABS wiring, ect.

Probably need to do the zero point calibration.
I'd move those spring perches up and ditch the spacers first though.

Thanks all, it turned out to be the gas cap... At least I think so...

I bought a new gas cap like 12 days ago and it never threw a code so I kind of discounted that, but then I put the original gas cap back on and the lights have stayed off since then.

I had also read that the CEL would come on with a faulty gas cap.

EDIT: I also removed the negative cable for a minute or so after replacing the orig gas cap, so now that I think about it maybe that is what cleared the error and it'll just come back on down the road a bit...

Lights never came back on so it must of been the gas cap.
