VSS Problem

[Diverse4runner]

I have a 93 4runner V6 auto 4wd

The anti-lock brake light is on, im getting weird shift points, and the torque converter wont lock up. The shift points and lock up are intermitent the brake light is always on

Could this be a Vehicle Speed Sensor issues. My question is does the VSS control shift points and TC lock up???
