WAAG Brush Guard Torque Rating

Hey peeps!

So I picked up a WAAG 15108 Brush Guard from the Pick-A-Parts for $36.

Only issue is that there are no manuals online. I have a set of 4 bolts, two under the tow hook, two on the other side.

Any idea on where to start for the torque rating?

Should I also loctite them in place?

I said screw it and I hand tightened all of them as much as I could.
