yeah. last episode of homeland was weird.

Just found this thread....lol

Big fan of The Walking Dead. I didn't mind the slow start, things were so f@cked up by the end of last season that things HAD to slow down.

Nice new twists this week though...

I wonder if Rick is coming out of his psycho phase?? Not that I blame him, I would probably be a head case with what he has gone through...

episode: Internment. aired: 11/10/2013

Wow, no one has touched this thread......................

Ok, Carol is the one who killed the 2 people (I can't remember their names). Rick kicked her out (while they were on a "run") and she is on her own. Probably good b/c Tyrese was more than likely to rearrange her face. Not sure how Daryl is going to react (after he returned with Michonne, Tyrese, when he talks to Rick. I understand the rationale as to why she did it, but I did think it was a bit harsh. I don't believe Tyrese was going to kill her.

Glenn: Looked like he was going to die due to infection, but I knew he would be saved.

Hershel: Incredible man. Hope he doesn't get killed.

Michonne: Been very quiet, but I expect more action now that the Governor is back.

Still waiting for the morning coffee to kick in, what am I missing?

only missing the awesome work Carl and Rick did to lay out the walkers.. which by the way broke the fence down finally so that's gonna get crazy.

I thought it was awesome that rick went to carl for help even though he really didn't have any other options but it was a pretty bad ass scene watching them pass magazines to each other and just take out every one of those walkers that broke in.

I thought the past two episodes have been a little on the boring side but I see they have to lead up to other scenarios. but thats probably why the thread died out a bit not much to talk about.

definitely glad the writers decided not to kill glen yet lol. I can't wait till next weekend to see what the governor has planned to do.

I thought it was a little funny that rick decided to go pick beans with carl instead of going to talk to daryl. I'd avoid that conversation as well. My wife thinks carol was in the right to get rid of the threat but I think the fact that she went about it on her own and didnt confront the council about it made her actions less forgivable. I'm curious what tyreese would have done to her had he known, I'm not sure if he would be the type to fight a women or not as well it wouldn't be much of a fight more like a stomping. As well I doubt daryl would allow that to happen. I think they would all agree to send carol on her way.

episode "live bait" aired November 17, 2013

Last night I fell asleep twice during the show.

Well, pretty cool how they regressed to last season on what happened to the Governor after he gunned down his make shift militia. After burning his old town down and finding a new mini-group, we see him "coming around". Sort of shows a "human" side to him. I think he "adopted" that little girl as his own (needed a father figure and the loss of his daughter ). From next episodes scenes: Looks like he is going to run into his former henchman which might get dicey.

Makes me wonder why he came back to the prison (last weeks episode). He appears to be alone so either his "adopted" family stays with the new group, killed or he is looking for help. I dunno.

What do you guys think? Is this a "new" governor?

yeah I was expecting an all out crazy episode and it just went into a governor special lol. I'm curious as well why it showed him next to the prison. It seems like its trying to show him as a "new" person. He burned the picture of his lost wife and child as well it seems he's adopting the women and her child as a new family. Definitely interested to see next weeks show to see what unfolds. definitely a little disappointed they spent an entire episode on just the governor and the fact that the writers decided he needed a little love action. I don't think he deserved that lol.

don't forget, that lady hasn't had any action in how long? Plus they don't know his past. I'm sure all this will unfold in coming episodes.

Getting interesting, but still bored.

Yeah, I agree. Though I do feel for the guy now. It looks like that old henchman took over the group.

Watching it right now.. What the hell! Why did the gov kill martinez? I take back what I said about him last post

action picking up...........

Governor kills Martinez, I suppose, to remove him so he can take over. That and too much BS btwn them. Martinez also knew of his evil past. He needed to go, in his mind.

No doubt he is back (evil man), but know I think he is more dangerous b/c he has a woman who doesn't doubt him (although she doesn't know his past) and a replacement of a daughter. Also, he now has a group of people under his power. Nobody knows he murdered Martinez and the "next guy in line".

Next episode is going to be interesting. How the hell do you fight against a freeking tank??

That one guy the actual tank operator he knows that the governor killed both of those guys. He seems to be set on keeping his mouth shut though. This episode puts the story line back on track with the books. I think a lot of people are going to die in the next episode for sure.

Esipode: Too far Gone (DEC 1)...Until Feb 2014........................ urghhh

SPOILER ALERT (if you think about it, this whole thread is a spoiler alert)

zopperman, click away if ya haven't seen it............... LOL

OK then,

We all now know that Zombies can survive underground. Governor's "new" daughter found that out the hard way. Governor was RIGHT about them not being able to cross rivers/water.......

Hershel was executed, which REALLY SUCKED THE BIG ONE, I really liked him. He was the intellectual one of the group. Emotionally and cerebral. I'm gonna miss him. Michonne with that sword through the Governor's chest was great, my wife and I cheered. She let him to die (to become a zombie and suffer...... nice). Moments later, the mother of the "new daughter" putting a bullet through his head was icing on the cake.

Most got on the bus in the prison. Glen, and others I can't think of, are safe. Rick's baby daughter, Judith, I THINK got on the bus with those 2 little girls, but I can't be sure. The 2 other (older) girls end up killing Tyrese's attackers which was very neat. I think later on, we will find out that Tyrese will "forgive" Carol after he finds out that she killed his girlfriend (and whoever else I can't remember right now). Remember that Carol showed the little kids (at the beginning of this season) how to survive and use guns/knives. Saved Tyrese's a$$. I think we'll see Carol again..........

After taking a massive ass kicking from the governor, Rick is barely alive when he finds Carl. What I'm a little confused on, is that they find the baby car seat with blood in it. They think Judith is dead. I think she is fine in the bus with the rest, and, obviously, don't know it yet.

Daryl takes off with Beth (from the prison). Elsewhere in the prison, Tyrese and the little girls who saved him take off. Where's Michonne???

Prison's gone (ruined), series turns to them surviving in the "wild".

Great episode!! Am I missing something? Its 12:30am where I am and I have to head to work in about 6 hours...............(tired and can't think)

Well, I guess we'll find out what happens in a few months!!!

Wow. Best episode in a while. See the gov get stabbed was so cathartic, but killing off Herschel was just in poor taste.

Daryl taking out the tank and shooting tank guy was great.

I wonder what happened with the baby.

I guess everyone will start reuniting come next half of season
