I've been searching for YEARS for the best way to connect my phone to my stock nav stereo system without all the wire and having to take apart my dash (It was the nav before bt was included). I think I finally found it:

It connects to your phone through bluetooth and sends music through FM radio AND you can have handsfree calls! Costs $40 but sometimes the price drops to $35 with code. It fits perfectly next to the shifter and calls have been clear and loud. It also connects automatically with my iphone5 once i start up my truck! Hope this helps some of you guys looking for a solution, makes a great gift too!
