You might consider the AllPro/Currie sway bar offered for FJCs. You may need to relocate your spare and possibly the bracket, but that would give you a long travel friendly sway bar. https://www.allprooffroad.com/fjrearsuspension/488 I would run one of these if I didn't plan on putting a fuel tank in that spot.

With the ARB air underhood and a PowerTank in the rear; based on your experience with the two products AND hitting some trails hard, which way would you go if only doing tire air?

Truck looks great. Did the brass hose quick connect come with the ARB twin compressor or did you add?
Dave, the braided line comes from ARB with the manifold. Any other parts (like the chuck) you need to buy yourself. Lots of pics and part numbers are in my build thread if you like some more ideas.
[MENTION=78705]jangoforhire[/MENTION] added a 1 gallon tank behind the driver side bumper. I'll add that as well once I get a Shrockworks bumper.

Yes it is something that you add on your own. The older ARB twins did not have the braided line and it caused a lot of problems where the lines would become brittle and break. I would take your air tools or hose to the hardware store to make sure that they mate up before buying them. Different compressors and tools use different connections. This is a female 1/4" connector, pretty standard. But its worth a test fit unless you can eyeball them or have spares lying around...
I ordered some canvasbacks and am excited to install them. Thanks for pointing those out! (Maybe I'll post the instructions and dimensions in case anyone is in need of them!)

I ended up slicing my sidewall going through this. Pictures don't do justice on this one. If you had sliders on it wouldn't be a big deal.
You can see that the passenger rear is stuffed in is one.
A little RTV sealant and she made it home, over 500 miles away at freeway speeds.
A couple of neat overlooks from Hole in the Rock Trail

Random question... are you still using OEM trunk door struts or did you have to get the upgraded ones due to the extra weight of the ladder?
