Warranty after purchase?

Not a dumb question..........the answer is YES they will sell it to you. It can be had up until the vehicle is 37 months old or has reached the 36,000th mile on the odometer.
I am in debate at this very moment as to purchase the extended warranty from Shaun on this site. On the other hand, I was thinking would the $600 be better spent on a tranny flush and differential oil change. I am still thinking about what to do as my truck is 37 mos old on May 18th. Hope this helps you in your decision.

Bad thing is, it's a "Certified pre owned Toyota" it's an 2003 with 66000 miles on it, they offered a warranty at the time of sale but i passed, ive been having electrical problems, I am thinking i should had bought it.
Ive heard mixed stories about buying warrantys on used vehicles.

Fellas... Certified Toyota's are a little different animal. Your dealer at the point of purchase, will offer you a certified wrap, either a gold or a platinum. Because the vehicle is "certified" this offer is available ONLY at the point of purchse, and can only be purchased from that dealer.
It's a one-time shot. If any of you were to consider a certified Toyota, I would strongly recomend picking up atleast the gold...

I talked to Shaun a few days ago over the phone and purchased the 7yr/100K Platinum warranty for $890.00 plus tax.
The phone call took all of 5 minutes (just have your info ready).
I received the paperwork via FedX today and everything looks in order.
I, like others can also reccommend him for your warranty needs.
