i negotiated the discount tires road hazard replacement cost to about $60 when i bought my last set of tires.
(it doesn't cover wheels, but if i damaged a wheel i'd just use my regular insurance if i needed to)
Beyond that i don't know what kind of wheel or tire maintenance would be worth $120/yr

I mean it has its pros and cons. When i bought my 2013 accord in 2013 had it two month and got a nail in the tire almost had to pay for a new one I was annoyed so thought when I buy a new car again I want the tire warranty. thing about discount if its in the sidewall they won't repair the tire and not sure about replacement but this warranty will.
With Discount Tire damage to the sidewall (or any non repairable damage) would be a full refund of purchase price, no pro-rating, within 3 years of purchase. If its repairable they will repair it, otherwise its a full refund including tax
