warranty work for Sulphur TSB Recommend dealership in NJ or NY
I live in Texas and just purchased an '03 4Runner from an individual on Staten Island. I have read numerous posts about the infamous sulphur TSB and really want to get this fixed before I drive the 4runner back to Texas. The '03 has about 3 hundred miles left on it before it hits the 80,000 mile mark so I will have to get the repair done in New Jersey before my return trip home. Can anyone recommend a good dealership in that area? I called one dealership 'Man Fredi Toyota" and the service guy gave me a pretty hard time when I questioned him about having the repair done. Since I don't have that many miles left on the vehicle before the warranty runs out I have one or two shots at getting it to the right dealership for service. Thanks in advance for any and all info.
