Water leak

Hello everyone,

I took my SR5P to the car wash today and gave it a quick spray off nothing crazy. I statred to wipe down the rear tailgate. I removed one of the side panels on the drivers side for some reason and noticed a little water was draining out from the inside. This of course had me concerned. After a few minutes of investigating I determined it was from the rear roof rack mount from when I installed my Frontrunner slimline II. This is the first time I’ve noticed this and the rack has been mounted for a few months now. For the most part the headliner is not wet except for a tiny corner near the top of the rear window on the drivers side. My question is do you think i need to remove the entire headliner? I have attached some pictures below. Any advice would be great.

I would not pull the entire headliner down. I would immediately remove the rack, and coat the entire collars of each bolt hole with some sealant.

A light wash did that... imagine an extreme downpour.
