Weathertech DigitalFit Floorliners

OCD comment was funny. couldnt agree more though, that kickplate is where i rest the foot too. if it were covered would be a great improvement. someone should tell them...

lol, I actually did call them and tell them about it...but that was as far as it went. My one complaint was not enough to change up their design. We'd need a lot of owners to call in to get something like this changed...

Hey Rock Slide, the pics in your link are saying that you've exceeded the bandwith. :police:

lol, crazy aint it. :D I got an email from photobucket the other day that they will be viewable again on 10/28. Guess it's time to create another free acct...

Weathertech liners arrived! They fit great, look tough, and the black goes well with the oak interior! Happy customer, despite the long shipping time (about 10 business days).

I can snap a few pics tonight.

I did run into one issue with the rear seat floor liner...since I have a limited, I have rear heat. The right side heat vent comes out under the front passenger seat, and the liner lip blocks the vent almost entirely. I think the only thing I can do is trim the liner so the vent is free. I hate to slice into brand new mats, but I don't see an alternative at this point.

I have rear heat in my SE model and the rear liner does not block the air movement enough to warrant me cutting my mats. (I was a bit skeptical at first too though.)

Have you tried turning on your rear heat w/ your mats installed to see if a cut is indeed necessary?

Pics, as promised!

A few more. The last one is of my custom iphone & ipod mount. Dock cable routed up from the stereo through the upper right bolt hole in the knee panel.

It's interesting to see how the camera flash picks up the differences in plastic dyes throughout the interior. It's not nearly that noticeable in natural light!

love the mats. im glad i got the tan ones as im afraid you are gonna have a tough time keeping those looking fresh. either way they look real nice.

Those look nice.

What's up with your steering wheel? It looks like the air bag cover is a different color.

Flash photography. It doesn't look different in natural light. The whole interior is like that. See the very first photo!

Take a flash photo of yours at night, I bet it's similar. The dyes that they use seem to "take" differently in all the different materials used in the interior. :happens:

LOL, looks like a rainbow of colors. It's always fun to see what the flash will pick up.

BTW, don't worry about your rear heat vent. It will still blow just fine.

One thing I really like so far is the lower profile of these mats. I have big feet, so it's a concern of mine. They are relatively "thin" (although seem very tough), so I gained almost 1/2" of vertical height in the foot area be switching from the rubber cheapies. Bueno!

After seeing that thread again and comparing the "OEM" stuff with the husky's and WT's...it's a no brainer. The OEM's just look like walmart crap, and the husky's don't look much better. They also look like they'd curl up on you if you caught it just right with your foot.

I'm very happy with my WT's!
