Weathertech fitment issue

Just got the rear seat liner and have an issue. When the driver seat is back, it catches on the liner and bends the corner. A couple pics:

Should be easy to trim, but surprising. Anyone else run into this?

Yes, my WeatherTechs are the same. All you have to do when installing is to tuck that edge underneath the front seat trim first, then slide the mat forward a bit, then the rest of it will settle in just fine. No need to trim. Once underneath, it will touch the seat trim, but it's such a soft plastic, there aren't any issues moving the seat forward and back.

Threw me off a bit, too, the first time installing. I've had them since '08. I love them. Got them for my Rav4, as well.

I had a similar issue with the fronts on my GX. I originally ordered black and fit perfect. Wife didn't like the black so exchanged for tans to match the interior. Fit was slightly off on the passenger side. Not a big deal but thought it was strange since it is "laser fitted" and all that.

Laser measured for the mold but made in a mold after that. Probably variances in the trimming after molded. (I'm assuming they are molded)
