Weathertech issues

Anyone else experiencing delays in receiving weathertech floor mats?? I placed an order over two weeks ago, and the order is still being "processed" according to their on line order status. Their website says 3 -7 business days for orders to be processed etc... They have not replied to 3 emails, and when you call the company, the wait is over an hour to speak with a rep.

Recieved mine after about two weeks, BUT, they forgot to send the second row.

fabulous, I ordered the 2nd row as well, hope they arrive. I'm hoping that they are just overwhelmed and overloaded with orders, and that they are actually on the way, without having updated the "check the status of your order" page. Pretty poor customer service to not respond to emails though

Ordered front and rear window deflectors and front only digital fit floor mats the same day. Got the deflectors in a week, mats in two.

Ordered mats for my wifes Infiniti 12-17, several emails and no response.

well, I called again today, and it said I was 12th in the "que", so I waited. I finally got to a customer service rep in about 15 minutes. She was very polite and understanding, and saw that my order was due to ship, or so she said. She called me back on my cell at about 5:30 eastern time, and told me that my front and rears had shipped. Maybe it was finally ready to ship or it was that I finally hollered at a human being. Regardless, she was polite and apologetic, so I suppose I'm happy.

I suspect they are just getting caught up on orders throughout holiday season.

I had the same problem, it said processing over a week after I ordered mats, and it wasn't until I called and waited 45 minutes to talk to a rep. before they said they would finally have them shipped the next day. :rant:

I’ll add 2 more cents to this thread…I mentioned before on the forum that WeatherTech customer service is not very good. I see others have run into this as well. I have the 3rd row seat and wanted to know more about “cutting the 2nd row liner to fit”. I sent and email with my questions but got no response. When I called they could not provide any information. Not even the size of the mat or how much needed to be cut off. Customer service was friendly but of no use.

I emailed Husky and they responded with the size of the liner and a picture showing them in a 4runner. And Husky’s “custom fit liners” don’t need to be “cut” to fit.

I ordered my floor mats & window vents on Monday Jan 10th and they were at my door 2 days later on Wednesday Jan 12th. I'm Happy

I ordered front and rear liners for my T4R from AutoAnything and they said they were delayed and were going to be shipped around Jan 20th. They arrived on Thursday so I am happy now They fit great!
