Week's trip to Moab Utah

I love Moab. I have been down that switchback trail in Canyonlands in my 4runner. Also went down Kane creek trail and other easy trails. Lions back is now closed. Someone bought the land and they are going to build condos there. I want to get my lift on and bfg tires so I can go on the trails with a little more confidence on not bottoming out or cutting the tires on the rocks. My wife and I was the only vehicle when we went so we could not verture out to far. I would love to go back with more vehicles and explore more trails. This place is awsome.

We did everything in ours. The roads in the national parks are all supposed to be below a class 5 (most are class 3 and below), which a stock 4th gen can easily do with just being a little careful.Falls said:
We saw many modified 4x4's that were being towed, out of commission, or had been rolled, so there's lots of other places to stretch the limits around there.

Lion's Back was a dream for me. I promised myself that the next time I was out there I would do it. YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOOSE. I can't believe I missed the opportunity. I spent a three week vacation on the old mining roads/passes in Colorado (breaking in my brand new supercharged PreRunner). It was the best vacation I've ever had. I was lucky enough to cruise Pikes Peak. The theme is "Real Men Don't Need Guardrails". The only problem was, I had to drop off the little women so I could slide around, to the top. (NO SPEED LIMITS)
