weird brake issue round 2

posted a few weeks back that my right rear caliper was hanging up after a hard play in the snow. pulled the brake apart and cleaned it up and that took care of the issue for about a day. problem returned, took it to a local shop and had them look at and they said everything looked good. problem returned. just spent the past few hours pulling the rear brake apart again and polished, greased and cleaned all the surfaces. the piston pushes back with ease the slide bolts are in great shape and the caliper was replaced less than a year ago. just drove 30 miles home from my friends shop and the problem has returned. I did have a po430 code earlier this week and cleared that with my scan gauge. could there be an issue with the brake controller that the scan gauge does not pick up? i really do not want to replace the brake controller if i dont have to. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention that when engaging the center diff lock tonight it would not deactivate the traction control only the VSC. Initially when I first left the shop I jumped on it a bit in deep snow and neither the traction control or the VSC worked the truck slide side ways and the brakes were not applied. I then cycled the center diff lock a few times and the VSC and traction control started to work again when the diff was not locked but when locked only the VSC turned off. Traction control still kicked in if the tires spun. Also replaced both back abs sensors less than 3 months ago as well when we installed the truetrac and new wheel bearings.
