Weird noise from 2003 4runner

my 4 runner has almost 200k miles on it. I don't drive it often but a couple months ago it started making this noise(goes away after 30mph):

Then last week it made a loud thud and while still making the above noise it now sounds like a baseball card in a bicycle spoke. This sound never goes away no matter what speed. The check engine light did come on. I haven't had time to take it to have it looked at because of work. Just seeing if anyone might know

To me it sounds like your heat shields for the exhaust vibrating. I had to remove mine at about 150,000.

I agree. Mine went at 167k.

My heatshield just came loose, sounds pretty close (except I can't hear mine with window down)

Does sound like a loose heat shield to me. But I don't know what would have caused the check engine light. I would get the code pulled.
