Weld together front bumper kit?

We weighed the prototype at 66 pounds with the mounting brackets which puts shipping at or below $50 to anywhere in the lower 48.
We will know pretty soon what the end price will be but it looks like it's going to come in the $300 range as anticipated.
Thanks, Steve.

Does the final product still come in around 66lbs.

i would be interested for 1st gen front. but would like it without the hoops on top. anything different on rear to kinda match front?

anyone word on the rear bumper for 1st gen runner? i just seen a picture of one in the current 4wd toyota owner magazine. i like how it looks but would like to still open the tail gate with the tire carry. possibly have the tire off set to the drive side and on the pass for jerry cans

I'm currently shopping for a 2nd gen front and rear replacement.
I like the look of this and would love to get it at the ballpark price the OP mentioned.

Also hunting for a rear tire carrier that doesn't look wonky but still provides coverage up to the fender well.

Has anyone here with a 1st Gen done the front bumper?
Which options did you include?
Got any photos?

Thx,
Jon

Is this project dead? I don't see them on your website anymore…

EDIT: 26 Dec 2013 - As of yet, No response from manufacturer.

It would appear so, sadly. Did anybody end up buying/receiving any of these kits? Pics? The DIY kit was a neat idea. Like it was said, lots of folks have welders, but not tube benders and plasma cutters; myself included
