Wel it seems that my T4R with 145K miles is gonna need a rear passenger wheel bearing. Been hearing a roaring that has gotten progressively worse thinking it might just be tires wearing (BFGs do get quite loud). After getting a flat tire from a sharp rock in the road and having it fixed decided to check the bearings.
When I had it jacked up in the air, I just rotated the tire and you could hear the bearing rattle a bit or something. Did not turn too smooth.
Odd at 145K miles but these are mechanically parts and not everything is always perfect.
Best price I've found is $105 for a Timken on Rock Auto and I have family that mechanics, so maybe it won't be too bad.
