Hehe thats how I know all about em! Srsly there are Californians all over this town. U think the 80% humidity and lack of real beaches would keep em away but they just keep on comin.

Redding CA is about 112° in the shade today and it's about 4 hours drive to the nearest beach. In fact I can take you some places that are downright redneck. I understand that Hollywood and SF metrosexual treehuggers dominates the CA image but there's millions of us regular folk here who are just as put off by the coastal majority as you are. Unfortunately we're outnumbered and it keeps getting worse as businesses leave to other states and folks escape as well in search of a cheaper cost of living, less insane govt and less infringing gun laws.

People in the bay appear to have an obsession with Austin, as if it's some far off wonderland no one has ever heard of before. Most discussions revolving around Austin inevitably begin with "Actually..." which sets the tone for me right there.

I have had no dealings with [MENTION=139789]RagoFabrication[/MENTION] but a good friend and member of this forum has worked with them extensively and knows them personally. He has nothing but good things to say about the couple themselves and has commented on their efforts to go about their business in a manner above reproach.

Well, I don't think it takes a genius to think that it's a bad idea to come onto a forum, bash a great company, and then tell everyone on the forum that they have no lives. You had no reason to bash them except for the purpose of whining to try and get a refund. If I were you I would come on here with a better attitude next time or people will be reluctant to help you. Just my .02 though.

I'm pretty sure I just laughed out loud.
Appreciate all your support guys and will continue doing what we do. You know how to reach me if needed.
Oh and I also appreciate the emails, texts, and messages regarding the Karl Kontroversy. We will survive and our customer service reputation will live on. Sadly, he isn't the first nor will he be the last person to do something like this.
Now I'm off to bed in an attempt to continue feeling better so my husband can spend more time in the shop
