Wet floors!

Living in the wonderful Pacific Northwest I've been dealing with a lot of rain the last several weeks. Last week I was noticing a musty smell in my 4runner. Today I figured that I should vacuum, clean the interior and look for the culprit causing the smell. While vacuuming I found that under the floor mats on the passenger side front and back the carpets were wet. I lifted the carpets. All the drain plugs were intact. All of the door seals look good. Are there any problem areas prone to leaking that I should check? My guess is a bad windshield seal getting the front wet and the water travels to the back floor through the channel that holds the wire harness along the lower door jams...

I had the same problem once with my 93 4Runner - especially when using the A/C. Turned out the drain hose under the hood - on the firewall was clogged with gunk. Cleaned it out - and no more leak. I'd check that first.
