That's interesting... I owned an '05 Titan. My bosses girlfriend owns a Dodge dealer. I have lots of miles in both. Certain aspects of the technology were more refined in my Nissan than 07-08 Dodge's although not by much. As a truck to live and work with I am afraid to say it but I'd probably prefer the Dodge. I can't even believe I am typing this considering how much I dislike Chrysler product as a rule; they do make a heck of a truck these days. The Nissan 5.6L is an awesome but thirsty engine.
Now, compare a new Frontier to a V6 Dakota and there's no question, Frontier. They put the 5.6L in the Pathfinder, if they had a V8 in the Frontier I might have one instead of my T4R.
How much did this 90% effort cost the shareholders? Not unlike the T100 Toyota story; good truck but not packaged and presented so as to have the market would respond to it.
Is Chrysler still selling the Dakota as a Mitsu?
